Carrier searches
Search terms appear in the lookup URL and are processed by our server. A query is sent to U.S. DOT Open Data to retrieve public carrier records. Enter a company name or public identifier; do not enter passwords, driver documents, financial information, or other private details.
Search URLs can remain in your browser history and may appear in standard server or network logs. A search is not a private messaging channel.
Normal website delivery
The hosting and network services delivering this site can process technical request data such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and requested URLs for delivery, security and diagnostics. This is separate from publishing your search as a page in the directory.
Guide checklists and printing
Interactive checklist selections remain in the current page in your browser. They are not sent to a HaulFacts account or saved to a server and can reset when you leave or reload. Use your browser's print function to keep a copy locally.
Public carrier information
Company profiles display selected fields from public federal records. A listing is not an endorsement. Corrections to a federal registration must be made through the relevant FMCSA process; changing information here would not change the source record.
